Moore & Lee, LLP was founded in December of 1998 by Robert M. Moore and Charlie C.H. Lee. Mr. Moore and Mr. Lee were formerly partners in large law firms with practices concentrating in government contracts and construction law. The practice at Moore & Lee, LLP currently involves negotiating, counseling, and litigating disputes on large construction projects in federal and state courts, boards of contract appeals and arbitration panels throughout the United States and in Europe, Asia, and South America.
