Joshua M. Atlas was associated with Leiby Stearns & Roberts, P.A. in Ft. Lauderdale before joining Moore & Lee, LLP as an associate in 2006.  While attending law school, Mr. Atlas gained exposure to construction law as a summer associate at Valdini & Palmer.  The focus of Mr. Atlas’ practice since entering private practice is construction law and commercial litigation, representing general contractors, subcontractors and sureties in construction disputes.  Mr. Atlas has regularly published and presented case law and legislative updates to trade organizations in South Florida.  Prior to joining private practice, Mr. Atlas interned with the Honorable Judge Susan Lebow of the 17th Circuit Court in and for Broward County, Florida.
