Kelly Skrabak joined Moore & Lee, LLP as Of Counsel in 2008. Previously, she had been Of Counsel at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, LLP in the McLean, Virginia office, as well as Of Counsel at Quagliano & Seeger, P.C. in Sterling, Virginia and Judson I. Woods, Jr., P.A., which is based in Volusia County, Florida. Her practice focuses on construction law, surety defense, contract drafting, project administration and all aspects of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and mediation. Ms. Skrabak has represented owners, contractors and subcontractors in bid protests, default termination cases, mechanics’ lien claims, TROs and delay, impact and inefficiency cases.
