Brian F.Wilbourn has joined Moore & Lee, LLP as an associate in the McLean office.  Mr. Wilbourn graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in May 2008.  In addition to working as a summer associate with Moore & Lee in 2007, Mr. Wilbourn also brings his experience from working as a litigation assistant in Charlottesville, Virginia and as an intern at the National Congress for Community Economic Development in Washington, D.C.
