Representative Experience
- Lead Trial Counsel for a commercial landlord securing a full recovery for breach of contract and specific performance. Also obtained full defense against cross-complaint seeking significant monetary damages based on tenant’s improper interpretation of rental increase contained in Lease Agreement.
- Trial Counsel for a real estate developer obtaining full recovery for multi-million-dollar specific performance claim where seller of property attempted to improperly cancel Real Estate Purchase Agreement.
- Trial Counsel for Elder Care Facility defending against multi-million dollar claim which resulted in settlement following Ms. Tramontano’s oral argument of a non-suit motion the day before jury deliberations.
- Lead Trial Counsel for cloud services corporation obtaining over half a million-dollar award at arbitration for breach of contract claims including recovery of attorney’s fees and costs.
- Obtained terminating sanctions as Lead Counsel on behalf of real estate investor against previous property owners’ claims for $700,000 in personal property damages.

Windsor Lanzone
Windsor Lanzone is Counsel at Moore & Lee, P.C. Ms. Lanzone’s practice focuses on long term healthcare law. She serves as national litigation counsel serving healthcare providers, including long term healthcare facilities, by assisting them in the defense of medical and professional malpractice claims, general negligence claims, and other matters. Ms. Lanzone manages litigation across the country for her national clients assisting them with case evaluation, management, negotiation and resolution as well as risk management services pertaining to claims alleging negligence, abuse, and other matters. Ms. Lanzone coordinates the efforts of numerous local counsel to ensure that unified and consistent positions are asserted on behalf of the client, and that effective and efficient legal strategies are employed. Ms. Lanzone regularly counsels clients on incident response, risk mitigation, early actions to avoid claims, and early negotiation of claims in an effort to reduce attorney’s fees and litigation costs. When litigation cannot be avoided, Ms. Lanzone assists clients with responding to and controlling discovery, including preparation of facility, regional and apex level employees for deposition and trial. Since joining Moore & Lee, P.C. in 2006, Ms. Lanzone has been an integral part of the team that has obtained numerous dismissals, summary judgements, and defense verdicts, as well as negotiating favorable settlements for her clients.
In addition to her healthcare practice, Ms. Lanzone has also represented clients in matters pertaining to employment law, construction law, government contracts, and other general commercial litigation matters.
