Sydney Leifermann is an associate at Moore & Lee, P.C.

During her tenure at The George Washington University Law School, Ms. Leifermann worked as a judicial intern for the Office of Special Masters in the Court of Federal Claims, and for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Ms. Leifermann engaged in mentorship as a Dean’s Fellow for the first-year students’ legal research and writing program, and as a tutor for Civil Procedure, Torts, Property, and Evidence. She served as the Managing Editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and has published scholarly writing of her own. Ms. Leifermann was also a board member on the Student Health Law Association and involved in the Student Bar Association.

Before pursuing her J.D., Ms. Leifermann worked as a clerk at a family law firm in Gainesville, Florida and at a medical diagnostics laboratory in Miami, Florida.

Ms. Leifermann initially joined Moore & Lee as a summer associate in 2025. She graduated from The George Washington University Law School with a concentration in Health Law & Policy.
