Allison K. Holt is an associate at Moore & Lee, P.C. Her practice focuses on defending clients in employment, professional and medical malpractice, general negligence, and commercial litigation claims. She also works closely with clients in long-term health care, including assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, to respond to incidents with mitigation efforts to avoid claims or achieve early resolution.
Ms. Holt first joined Moore & Lee in January 2020 as a paralegal. During law school, Ms. Holt worked as a full-time paralegal at the firm and served as a dean’s fellow, teaching supplemental courses in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Federal Civil Procedure. She also worked as a research assistant, conducting in-depth legal research on civil and criminal issues, and assisting in the preparation of scholarly articles for publication. Ms. Holt graduated summa cum laude from Barry University’s School of Law in December 2025.
