Brandon C. Lee is a litigator with a focus on complex commercial and construction litigation. His practice includes prosecuting and defending business disputes, general and professional liability claims, large-scale industrial and commercial construction matters, government contracts, healthcare and senior living liability, and class action litigation.
Mr. Lee has experience handling complex legal disputes arising from construction projects across the country. He has helped architect and engineering firms, contractors, and subcontractors navigate and resolve legal disputes involving construction and design defects, breach of contract, and negligence.
