Brian D. Taylor is an associate at Moore & Lee, P.C. His practice focuses on government contracting and commercial litigation matters, including bid protests and construction disputes.

A graduate of Georgetown University, Mr. Taylor served as a student analyst at the Government Accountability Office and as a mathematics tutor before attending William & Mary Law School. Prior to joining Moore & Lee, Mr. Taylor externed in the chambers of Judge Eleni Roumel of the Court of Federal Claims, where he worked on cases involving government contracting, labor law, and pro se litigation. He additionally externed with the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s procurement law branch, researching the overhaul of the Federal Acquisition Regulation.

Mr. Taylor graduated cum laude from William & Mary Law School with a concentration in political law.
